Charlene M. Richmond, B.A. LL.B.

Ms. Richmond graduated from law school at the University of Saskatchewan with distinction in 1988. After articling with the Provincial Department of Justice she began private practice with a large Regina law firm until she co-founded the present firm on August 1, 1991. Ms. Richmond practices in the area of Family Law and Agricultural law and lectures periodically on these topics. Ms. Richmond also has experience in corporate and debtor/creditor law. She has experience at all levels of court including appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada. Ms. Richmond is fully bilingual and is an active member of L'Association des Juristes d'expression Francaise. She is also a member of the Collaborative Lawyer's Association.
 

Barry P. Nychuk, LL.B.

Mr. Nychuk became a partner in that firm in the spring of 1991. In January of 1993, he dissolved his partnership with that firm and became a partner in the firm of Richmond Nychuk & Carle, now Richmond Nychuk. Mr. Nychuk has a general practice with an emphasis on both civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Nychuk was an associate professor at the University of Regina from 1988 to 1992, lecturing on Canadian Legal Processes. Mr. Nychuk also conducts numerous seminars for various organizations including Public Legal Education Association, Commercial Investment Seminars and Farm Advocacy Groups. Mr. Nychuk has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury and labour law.
 

James J. Vogel, B. Admin., LL.B.

Mr. Vogel graduated from law school at the University of Saskatchewan in 1987.  His undergraduate degree is in Business Administration.  Mr. Vogel articled with a Regina law firm in
1988.  He remained at that law firm for 11 years as an associate and then partner before leaving in January, 1999. By that time the firm had grown and had over 40 lawyers. Mr. Vogel practices primarily in the area of family law and civil litigation. He has extensive trial experience in all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. He has worked on cases in the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Vogel has lectured groups on family law and has co-authored articles on various areas in the family law field.  Mr. Vogel is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association, Collaborative Lawyers Association and Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.

Reginald E. Sauer, B. Admin., LL.B.

Mr. Sauer graduated from law school at the University of Saskatchewan in 1988.  Prior to law school he completed his Bachelor of Administration at the University of Regina in 1984.  After completing his Articles in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Mr. Sauer moved to Regina where he began his private practice.  He was a partner with a large Inter provincial law firm for two years after which time he dissolved his partnership with that law firm and then joined the partnership of Richmond Nychuk in January, 1999.  Mr. Sauer practices primarily in the areas of family law and civil litigation.  Mr. Sauer also has experience in the areas of corporate law, real estate and debtor/creditor law.   Mr. Sauer has lectured on selected topics through the Public Legal Education Association. He is a member of the National Judiciary Committee for the Elks of Canada and a member of the Collaborative Lawyers Association.
 

Joanne C. Moser B.A., LL.B.

Ms. Moser graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School, with distinction in 1993. Prior to articling, Ms. Moser worked at the Federal Department of Justice and Office of the Attorney General of Canada in Ottawa, where she was an assistant to the Special Policy Advisor to the Minister. She completed her Articles with a large Saskatchewan firm, both in their Regina and Saskatoon offices, where she gained experience in the areas of commercial, civil litigation and insurance law. She joined the firm on September 1, 1994. Her practice concentrates on family law matters and civil litigation, including appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada. She has been appointed by Regina City Council to the Board of Revision to hear tax assessment appeals since the year 1997.
